Hiking Highlights
The legendary hike leads from Scharnitz to Pertisau, which is 52 km long. You can participate in the Karwendelmarsch unlimited 2020 event by using the hiking app SummitLynx. Free entrance fee is included in the app.
Adlerblick – Eagel's View
Enjoy memorable views from one of our two "Adlerblicke". They are situated at the peak of the Schöllkopf in the Rofan range. The Rofanseilbahn in Maurach takes you up there comfortably.
The 360° viewing platform looks like an eagle's nest and towers high above at 2.039 m above sea-level. Take in the stunning views of the Lake Achensee, the Karwendel mountain range, the Zillertal Alps, and the lower Inntal valley. The starting point for the 2.6 km-long hike is the top station of the Rofanseilbahn in Maurach, opposite the Erfurter Hütte.
The Skyglider AIRROFAN, in the shape of an eagle, is only for people ready for an adrenaline kick. 600 m in length, 200 m difference in height, and up to 80 km/h are sure to get your heart racing.

The start of the Karwendel circuit hike and the Nature Park Karwendel is at the western shore of the Achensee. This hike is divided into 3 stages and takes hikers into the pristine nature, past imposing peaks, and hopefully, even some wild animals in the nature park.
