The Achensee region is member of the Bike Trail Tirol association, the münchen venezia long distance bike trail, and the famous Karwendel bike tour.
Seebichl Recommendation:
This trail is a section of the Bavarica Tirolensis route, as well as the münchen venezia tour. Starting in Eben at the Achensee, on asphalted road, next to the train tracks, along lush fields, and stunning views to Achenkirch.
In total, this trail is 1,000 km long and takes bikers all the way through Tyrol. 3 stages of this trail lead through the Achensee region.

This classic mountain bike route is 65 km long with 1,800 m (elevation). The trail leads bikers along lush meadows, pristine valleys, and majestic mountain peaks. This circuit tour starts and ends in Mittenwald, and includes two excellent opportunities for a rest at the Karwendelhaus and the Vereiner Alm.
